This is an important milestone for our organization and one that will strengthen our position as the leading nationwide Communications Tax and Regulatory solution provider through technology and resource synergies.
Historically, communications businesses were forced to either use multiple vendors to support regulatory and Communications Tax compliance or they were left with a legacy provider who de-emphasized service and support.
We saw a need in the market to combine technology and domain expertise to provide a truly unique solution for the Communications industry- a solution that combined service and support with a technology that manages both regulatory and compliance.
As we move forward as FAStek we would like to introduce John Willis as our new Chief Operating Officer. He will serve on the Executive Committee and partner with senior leaders of the corporate, compliance, tax, and sales and marketing teams to develop and implement operational strategies that improve standards, drive efficiency, and enhance business capabilities. John brings to the role eighteen (18) years of senior leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, John served as COO of i-wireless, LLC for five (5) years.
