Stephen DeBacco is a Managing Partner with Leaders Fund an evergreen venture capital fund focused on investing in SaaS companies selling solutions to businesses. Steve has over 25 years of experience as an early-stage/founding executive team member at several extremely successful companies.
Steve started his career at GM-Fanuc Robotics (GMF) where he worked with several other GMF alumni at Ariba to build the most successful B2B e-commerce network in the world achieving a $40 billion market capitalization. Steve replicated his success joining the executive team at Workbrain where he was responsible for building the first global enterprise workforce management sales organization. Similar success was achieved at Empathica, Rypple, and Applied Predictive Technologies ultimately hiring over 500 sales and marketing executives contributing over $1B in software revenue.
Steve, as part of the Leaders Fund team, is now combining his deep operating expertise with financial capital investment to help innovative companies realize their full potential.
